John Reminder

Before joining the firm, Taylor served as a law clerk for Judge Rodriguez-Orrick. Before joining Reminger Co. LPA, Taylor was a research assistant for Barry Kamins, a prominent attorney who is now a partner at the firm.

The Toledo office of Reminger is named to the “Who’s Who in Toledo Area Law” for 2021. Taylor practices civil defense, employment practice liability, and director and officer liability, and has experience in several other legal areas. Riddick’s complaint was filed with ADAMHS and was denied, but he filed an appeal in the state courts. The judge found that Taylor did not violate Riddick’s rights, but that she failed to follow state requirements by releasing his assessment and evaluation. Riddick filed suit against Taylor and Key Decisions/Positive Choices, alleging breach of contract, respondeat superior, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Riddick filed a first-amendment complaint against the attorneys and Key Decisions/Positive Choices in 2016.
