There are many people who complain that the Company, Abercrombie and Fitch are a hoax, but then there are those who really believe that Abercrombie and Fitch are the greatest clothing manufacturer in the world. These people will purchase anything advertised on billboards, television commercials, or Internet pop up ads and they will buy whatever designers are making any given product. They even go so far as to say that Abercrombie and Fitch are not only a fraud, but it is borderline child abuse because their designs are so ugly and unlovable. Many of these people will end up being class action lawyers and file lawsuits against Abercrombie and Fitch, or at least they will file their own lawsuit. Let’s examine the validity of such complaints.

The first thing to consider is that there are certainly designers in this particular industry who have created products that look horrible.

Miley Cyrus’ clothes come to mind, along with Pharrell Williams and even Zac Effron. But there are also some great designers out there, like Sean Jean, Aaron Chang, and Jean Paul Gaultier. And yes, even Zac Effron.

If someone is upset about something that they have bought from either Abercrombie or Fitch, they should not only send a complaint through the proper channels, but they should send the company a cease and desist order.

What happens if the company does not do anything? It is very common for large corporations to be put on a list of defaulters by law enforcement agencies. If they refuse to comply with the request, they can be sued. So they absolutely need to take this seriously, especially when large-scale companies make millions of dollars in profit annually.

The second problem with lawsuits such as these is that they are often based on hurt feelings.

People who have had bad experiences in shopping at one of these stores will tend to complain, which is always a good thing. However, many times it seems as though people are filing lawsuits just to get their frustrations out of the way. Whether they are justified or not is really besides the question. And anyone who buys Abercrombie and Fitch is doing so at their own risk.

There are a couple of different things to keep in mind. One is that there may not be a case against Abercrombie and Fitch, simply because there was not enough evidence for the plaintiffs to file a lawsuit.

The amount of negligence on the part of Fitch or Abercrombie was not enough to warrant a lawsuit. That means you might not be entitled to be compensated for your pain and suffering. Hopefully, that is what you are looking for, but if you end up in court, they will more than likely try to use your injuries against you.

The other thing to keep in mind is that many of these lawsuits are merely publicity stunts.

People who really feel bad for having bought these clothes are using them as a way to make themselves feel better about being in the fashion industry. It is unfortunate that these lawsuits do not reflect the true nature of the fashion industry, but the lawsuits against Abercrombie and Fitch are a good example. Fashion is subjective, and while the Fitch may have been negligent, the courts have shown that it is not an employer’s responsibility to ensure their employees are not injured on the job.
